Refund policy

Returns
Due to most items being personalised, unfortunately I cannot accept refunds on custom items, please feel free to contact me for refund information on specific items. For all other items I will happily issue a refund once you have returned the item.

If your item arrives damaged then please contact me as soon as possible to discuss a refund or a replacement item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
